MISSION
The mission of Prime Group and Central Apartment Group is to provide a Total Value Chain for the construction, sale and operation of luxury apartments and managed residences

The group encompasses the following entities:-

• Prime Property Investment Pty Ltd (PPD) – The sales and marketing arm, a licensedreal estate agent in all Australian states.
  
• Prime Finance Group Pty Ltd (PFG) – This provides investor services in the fields of finance and insurance.
  
• Prime Project Development Pty Ltd (PPD) – The project development arm of the group.
  
• Prime Residential Management (PRM) – This provides services to those of our investors who wish to take up rental guarantees, by way of lease agreements over their properties.
• Prime Executive Apartment Group (PEAG) - This company provides management services for longer term corporate rentals of apartments.
  
• Central Apartment Hotel Group (CAG) – Our branded hotel management company, which manages Serviced Apartment hotels owned by Prime Group entities or other owners, on behalf of our investors.
